Essential Wellness Session

This 60 minute virtual session focuses on your most prevalent issue and gives us enough time for a thorough intake. We will discuss the energetics underlying your condition from a Chinese Medical perspective. Additionally, dietary and lifestyle recommendations will be offered along with herbal and/or aromatherapeutic suggestions, as well as tools and techniques to support your wellness goals and concerns. A follow up session is strongly encouraged.
