In this hour long virtual session, I offer this introduction so you can begin to understand your constitutional nature both in general and in consideration of your answers to the WINTER REFLECTIONS presented so far. We will look at elemental tendencies, strengths and challenges. This is designed to be a lively discussion with room for questions.
