Reach for this Blend when digestive discomfort such as nausea, vomiting, loose stools, and irregularity occur. Apply as a compress over abdomen and lower legs to warm and strengthen digestion. Add 15-20 drops in 2 cups of warm water, soak a washcloth and apply to abdomen and cover with a hot water bottle. 1 to 3 drops of this Therapeutic Blend may also be taking internally in warm honey water or warm milk.
