Therapeutic Essential Oil Blend

This healing oil hastens healing of sprains and strains, along with any bruising, redness, and/or swelling that may come with any injuries. Apply 8-10 drops of this blend to area of injury directly 2 times per day and/or as a compress by adding 15-20 drops in hot water, soak with washcloth and cover area with towel and/or a hot water bottle. Apply to intact skin only as needed.
